Money Order
To send your payment through the mail, we accept Money Orders or Cashier's Checks only. We do not accept personal checks. Please mail payment to: Molds by Candlethings, 2280 Gordon Road, Moreland, GA 30259. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received.

We accept payments via Paypal. You may use the link provided on the Shopping Cart to make your payment, or go to www.paypal.com and use the e-mail address kayg@candlethings.com to make your payment.

SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Orders usually arrive within 2-3 days of shipment for most areas (allow extra time during the holiday season). You will receive an e-mail notification of your date of shipment.
PRIVACY POLICY
It is our policy NOT to use anyone's e-mail address or personal information for any use other than to transact business with our store. We do not give out e-mail addresses or other information for any other reason.
RETURN POLICY
All returns must be made in writing within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include the invoice number and reason for return. Merchandise must be returned with proper packaging and in good condition. Used merchandise is Non-returnable. Unless there is an error on our part, the customer is responsible for shipping on all returns.
Please be available to accept delivery of your package or make other arrangements. If your package does not arrive in acceptable condition, DO NOT ACCEPT it from the carrier. All shipments are carefully packaged and leave our shop in excellent condition. We are not responsible for damage caused during shipment.
